Mr. Ashish Sheth, the Managing Director of the Company has been at the helm of his Companies since he graduated as a Bachelor of Science from Mumbai University, way back in the 80s.

Mr. Sheth is also the holder of the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding and is also a fully licensed Customs Freight Broker. He has also the proud recipient of a Six Sigma Green Belt.

In early 2000, there were only a few players in the Indian ODC market and Mr. Sheth, recognised the need to set up an NVOCC that specialized only in the movement of ODC project cargoes.

Hence in October 2003, SARJAK, meaning the “CREATOR” was born. This was a Company that only specialized in the movement of Project cargoes on its own Flat Rack and Open Top container and gained recognition by way of an MTO License from the Director General of Shipping, India.

Now, being a Multimodal Transport Operator, Sarjak can offer a complete door-to-door package to customers. SARJAK’S core competence lies in the movement of Over-Dimensioned Project cargoes from India to any part of the Globe.
